I am an experienced Tavistock NHS trained Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working in Nottingham offering once or twice weekly therapy. 

I work with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and general life concerns. 

I specialise in trauma, sexual trauma, narcissistic behaviour, addiction, anxiety, depression, general low mood and disordered eating. 

I work either on a short term or open ended basis and I offer an initial consultation with no further obligation. 

My consulting room is conveniently situated in Nottingham with parking and a bus stop across the road.  The setting is therapeutically set to offer a relaxing space for thought and reflection.  

With online psychotherapy, you can access therapy from the comfort of your home especially where travelling my be difficult.   

Psychodynamic therapy is primarily used to treat depression and other serious psychological disorders, especially in those who have lost meaning in their lives and have difficulty forming or maintaining personal relationships but also supporting those with mild symptoms that may be equally causing distress.  

In psychodynamic psychotherapy, you can expect a safe containing space where anything can be said and thought about meaningfully.
